Recipe Ingredients for Tilapia & Veggie

4 oz tilapia
1/2 cup broccoli
1 spray Pam

Recipe Directions for Tilapia & Veggie

  1. Place tilapia in foil pocket.

  2. Add broccoli or favorite veggie.

  3. Sprinkle with lemon herb seasoning.

  4. Bake in oven or toaster oven until done.
