Recipe Ingredients for Tilapia or Sole Amandine

8 oz tilapia
1/4 cup almond meal
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Tilapia or Sole Amandine

  1. heat oil on skillet over medium

  2. beat egg, add a tablespoon of cold water, continue to beat

  3. put almond meal on a plate

  4. wash fish, pat dry

  5. place fish in egg batter until soaked

  6. dredge fish through almond meal

  7. place in skillet

  8. cook 1-2 minutes per side

  9. serve with lemon, toasted almonds
