Recipe Ingredients for Tilapia with Roasted Garlic & Onion

1/2 pound tilapia, 2 fillets
2 cloves garlic, roasted
1 small onion, roasted
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Tilapia with Roasted Garlic & Onion

  1. rub tilapia with seasonings and put in dish to marinate

  2. rub roasted garlic on fish and place onions on top

  3. spoon olive oil over fish and marinate in fridge for 6+ hours

  4. cook at 325
