Tilapia with Roasted Asparagus and Tomatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Tilapia with roasted asparagus and tomatoes

12 oz raw Farm-Raised Tilapia Fillet
453 9/10 grams Asparagus
3 serving Lemon Wedge
3 1tsp Olive Oil
3 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Tilapia with roasted asparagus and tomatoes

  1. Asparagus grams amout is equivalent to 1lb.

  2. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with foil.

  3. Drizzle olive oil onto foil lined baking sheet and then place fish, asparagus and tomatoes. Drizzle oil again over fish and vegetables. Sprinkle seasoning over fish to your taste. Top fish with a slice of lemon and then place in hot oven for 15 minutes.

  4. Remove vegetables....and then check fish for doneness. Depending on how thick the fish is, you may need to cook for an additional 5 minutes.

  5. This will serve 3.
