Recipe Ingredients for Tilapia

4 ounces tilapia
1/4 tsp olive oil
1 wedge lemon
1/8 cup white wine
1/4 tbsp chopped garlic

Recipe Directions for Tilapia

  1. preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. line cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray with Pam

  3. place filet on cookie sheet and drizzle with

  4. in a small bowl combine olive oil, white wine, lemon, chopped garlic and spices and mix.

  5. puor mixture over the tilapia

  6. bake for 10 minutes
