lightly breaded tilapia with lemon juice and capers

Recipe Ingredients for tilapia

4 oz. fresh tilapia
2 oz. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 egg
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. capers

Recipe Directions for tilapia

beat eggs dip fish into beaten eggs and then lay into bread crumbs and lightly coat. cook fish in a pan with extra virgin olive oil. Cook through and drissle fresh lemon juice and top with capers
