nice way to have tilapia with a not too terribly bad for you sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for tilapia

2 lbs. Tilapia fillets
2 tsp. margarine, softened
4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for tilapia

  1. Rinse the tilapia fillets in cold water and drain thoroughly. Top with margarine and 2 teaspoons lemon juice.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine light mayonaise, remaining lemon juice, dill, and cheese.

  3. Pan fry filets about 3 minutes per side

  4. Top each portion with 1-2 tbl. of sauce you created.

  5. Place under broiler 2-3 minutes or until sauce puffs and turns golden brown; alternatively, you can bake at 500 degrees for 3 or 4 minutes for a similar result.
