Absolutely delicious, flavorful and somehow buttery. Yum!

Recipe Ingredients for Tilapia with Puttanesca Sauce

16 oz. Mahi Mahi
1 onion, thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic
28 oz. canned whole tomatoes
1/3 cup kalamata olives
2 tbsp. capers

Recipe Directions for Tilapia with Puttanesca Sauce

  1. Heat a nonstick pan and spray with cooking spray. Cook fish 5 minutes per side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.

  2. While fish cooks, saute onion until tender (about 4 minutes) and add garlic and tomatoes (coarsely chopped). Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 6 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in olives and capers and cook 1 minute. Spoon tomato mixture over fish to serve.

  3. Try with a side of Trader Joe's jasmine rice. Yum!
