Recipe Ingredients for Tilapia with panko bread crumbs

1 1/4 pounds tilapia
1/2 egg
1/2 tablespoon nonfat milk
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Tilapia with panko bread crumbs

  1. Wash and pat dry fish.

  2. Season on one side with Cajun seasoning and both sides with salt and paper.

  3. Dip fish in 1egg and 1TB milk and then coat with Panko.

  4. Get pan with oil and Pam hot then fry fish on both sides until flaky.
