Tilapia filets sauteed in a tomatoe/caper sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Tilapia Mediterranean Style

6 oz Tilapia Fillets
2 medium raw Tomato Roma
1 small(70 g) Onions
2 tsp Garlic
56 4/5 grams Wine, Table, White
1 1tsp Olive Oil
14 1/5 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 tbsp Capers

Recipe Directions for Tilapia Mediterranean Style

  1. Dust filets with flour.

  2. Sautee in olive oil.

  3. Remove from pan and add white wine, tomatoes, capers, chopped onion, garlic and lemon juice.

  4. Reduce slightly and finish with butter.
