Using: 1/2 tsp lemon juice instead of 1 tsbp 1/8 tsp seasoning instead of 1 tsp

Recipe Ingredients for Tilapia with Lemon Salad

1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/8 teaspoon lemon & herb seasoning
6 cups arugula
2 cups parsley leaves
1 lemon wedge
4 fish fillets, Tilapia, trimmed to 6 ounces size

Recipe Directions for Tilapia with Lemon Salad

  1. Heat oven 375F Spray cookie pan with Pam

  2. In a small bowl, stir together, garlic and lemon juice, dijon mustard and chopped parsley. Set aside

  3. Sprinkle tilapia with lemon & herb seasoning.

  4. sprinkle both sides with nonstick cooking oil and place on cookie sheet.

  5. Cook 25-35 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork.

  6. Remove fish and serve on platter.

  7. In a large bowl, toss arugula and parsley leaves; drizzle with prepared dressing and serve with tilapia and lemon wedge, if desired.
