Recipe Ingredients for Tilapia with German Potatoe Salad

1 1/2 lbs potatoe
1 tsp salt
12 ounces tilapia
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
1 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 cup canola oil
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp parsley
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 onion

Recipe Directions for Tilapia with German Potatoe Salad

Boil potatoes. Cut in quarters. Cool them down. In separate bowl mix oil, onions, vinegar and seasoning. Mix with potatoes. Mix olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, salt and pepper. Rub over fish and place fish in bread crumbs. Fry it in canola oil or bake it.
