Recipe Ingredients for Tilapia Fishcakes

1000 grams Compliments Tilapia Skinless Boneless Filets (1K/bag)
300 grams Yukon Gold Russet Potatoes
150 grams Jason Kosher Bread Crumbs
2 tbsp Parsley, Dried
60 grams Kraft Parmesan Finely Shredded
2 clove Garlic
1 tsp Salt, Table
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black
2 serving egg beaters brand

Recipe Directions for Tilapia Fishcakes

  1. boil fish. cool & crumble.

  2. boil potatoes. cool & crumble.

  3. combine all ingredients in large bowl.

  4. form into 10 patties of 85g to 90g each.

  5. fry 4 at a time in a tsp of oil.

  6. to freeze for later, cool on a cookie rack and store in an airtight container. reheat in the oven on a cookie rack over a cookie sheet (so the bottom doesn't get soggy) at 350F for about 10 minutes.
