Tilapia Fillets with Creamy Dill Sauce.. For the marinade and the sauce I used a salad dressing mix from Germany by Le Gusto called Fix fur Salat- Sauce (Dill-Krauter). Obviously this isn't in the database.Unfortunately I can't read German so I am unable to give the nutritional information. Any dill salad dressing mix would do.

Recipe Ingredients for Tilapia Fillets with Creamy Dill Sauce

20 oz tilapia fillets

1/2 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Tilapia Fillets with Creamy Dill Sauce

  1. Marinate fish fillets in a zip top bag with olive oil and 1 pkg dill salad dressing mix for 20 minutes.

  2. Preheat non stick skillet to medium heat.

  3. Salt both sides of the fish fillets and place in the skillet. Cook until you see the edges turn white, flip, and cook until fish flakes easily with a fork.

  4. *Meanwhile, combine sour cream, milk, the other packet of dill dressing, the leftover marinade, and a pinch of salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Add 1-2 tbsp cornstarch to thicken sauce, stir and let simmer for about a minute. Remove from heat. Serve over fish.
