A healthy alternative to a regular burger

Recipe Ingredients for Tilapia Burgers

16 oz Tilapia Fresh Seafood
1/4 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1/4 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1/4 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1/4 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 cup chopped Red Onion
1 large Egg, White
3 teaspoon Juice
1 teaspoon Dijonnaise Creamy Dijon Mustard

Recipe Directions for Tilapia Burgers

  1. Finely chop all pepper and onions. Cut up tilapia, and pulse grind in a food processor until finely ground. Mix with chopped vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Whisk together lemon juice, dijonnaise, and egg white. Pour into tilapia mixture and mix well until combined.

  3. Separate into 4 portions and pat into patties.

  4. Spray a pan with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Fry the tilapia burgers for 3 minutes per side.

  5. Serve on top of rolls.
