Tilapia fillet stewed in tomato and ginger

Recipe Ingredients for Tilapia Blush

250 grams tilapia fillet
2 tablespoon sunflower oil
2 medium tomato
1 medium onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
10 grams ginger
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Tilapia Blush

  1. Heat 1.5 tablespoon oil in nonstick skillet

  2. Shake tilapia fillet in breadcrumbs for an even coat

  3. Fry tilapia until just a little brown

  4. Saute onion and ginger until done

  5. Add tomatoes until tender

  6. add water and simmer

  7. Add tilapia

  8. Salt and pepper to taste

  9. Simmer for a minute
