Recipe Ingredients for Tilapia, baked

12 oz tilapia
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon dill
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Tilapia, baked

  1. Thaw fish.

  2. Put milk in small dish. Put flour in separate small dish. Mix parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, dill and pepper in another small dish. Coat fish with flour. Then dip it in milk. Coat with bread crumb mixture. Place fish in greased baking dish. Bake at 450 degrees for 6-8 minutes until tender and flaky.
