HMM Trout Almondine adapted for Tilapia

Recipe Ingredients for Tilapia Almondine

15 oz Tilapia, raw
0.25 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
0.25 cup Almonds Sliced
0.13 tsp Pepper, Black
3 tsp Seasoning Blend
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 Teaspoon Juice

Recipe Directions for Tilapia Almondine

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drizzle non-stick baking pan with olive oil.

  2. In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, almonds, Mrs. Dash and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Place Tilapia on baking sheet. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over Tilapia, patting to adhere. Sprinkle lemon juice over Tilapia.

  4. Bake Tilapia until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, about 15 minutes. Place on serving plates, serve immediately.
