A hearty and healthy mix of veggies lightly sauteed in vegetable oil.

Recipe Ingredients for tikka masala sauteed veggie mix

1 cup cooked kale
1 medium cooked tomato
3 medium cooked mushrooms
1/2 medium cooked onion
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
455 grams kidney beans
1/4 cup cooked baby spinach
2 small sweet red peppers
1 small sweet pepper

Recipe Directions for tikka masala sauteed veggie mix

  1. heat 2 tblspns oil in large skillet

  2. add onions and peppers

  3. after onions and peppers are half done add mushrooms and kale

  4. after a few minutes add tomato, spinach and kindey beans

  5. heat through

  6. combine with half jar Patak's Tikka Masala Curry sauce

  7. serve over brown rice
