Great Indian base - top with tikka masala tempeh

Recipe Ingredients for Tikka masala sauce

1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
5 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root
1 large (5" long) Pepper, Banana
2 cup Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
1/2 tbsp Butter
4 oz Soy Milk
1/4 cup Dried Cherries

Recipe Directions for Tikka masala sauce

  1. Brown all but soy and tomatoes in butter for 10-12 minutes

  2. Stir in tomatoes, pulling glaze from bottom of pan

  3. Blend with soy milk
