Recipe Ingredients for tikka masala

370 grams Prawns
2 serving Hellers gluten free sausages
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 medium Carrots
1 medium Onions
1/2 cup Peas, Green
0.4 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
4 serving tikka masala paste
1 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked

Recipe Directions for tikka masala

  1. marinade prawns and sausages in masala paste

  2. dice veg

  3. saute onion and then add vegetables

  4. add marinaded meats and stir through before adding 1/2cup of water, bring to boil and simmer
