Recipe Ingredients for Tikka Masala

1 4/5 pounds chicken breast
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon garlic
1 jalapeno pepper
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
8 ounce tomato sauce
1 cup heavy cream

Recipe Directions for Tikka Masala

  1. Marinate the chicken in 1 cup yogurt, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper, 2 teaspoons ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, 2 teaspoons salt.

  2. Melt butter in pan. Add diced jalapeno and garlic, cook for 2 minutes. Add cumin, paprika, salt, tomato sauce and 1 cup heavy cream. You can add additional hot sauce like sriracha if it isn't spicy enough.
