200 grams Peppers, Sweet, Green
25 grams Oil, Peanut
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 serving Balsamic Vinegar

Recipe Directions for Tiger Skin Peppers

  1. dry stir fry peppers until soft (just enough oil so they don't stick and get coated)

  2. Drain the excess oil

  3. add salt/soy sauce and vinegar (a splash of each)

  4. eat with rice and enjoy
