4 chop, excluding refuse (yield from 1 raw chop, with refuse, weig Pork, Fresh, Loin, Sirloin (Chops), Boneless
0.38 fl oz Orange Juice Calcium Vitamin D
2 tsp Mustard
0.5 tsp Ginger, Ground
0.5 tsp Curry Powder
1/2 cup Pineapple Chunks in pineapple juice
0.67 tbsp Butter
6 tsp Thyme, Fresh
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
3 tbsp Apricot Preserves

Recipe Directions for Thyme, Pineapple Pork Chops

  1. Combine preserves, OJ, mustard, ginger, and curry.

  2. Pour pineapple juice into cup and add OJ to make 1/3 cup

  3. Heat butter in skillet (med-high), add chops, sprinkle with thyme, salt & pepper.

  4. Add 1/3 cup of juice.

  5. Reduce heat to medium, finish cooking chops. Transfer to plate.

  6. Add pineapple, sauce and 1T thyme to pan. Cook till bubbling (1-2 mins).
