Recipe Ingredients for thyme and garlic turkey

2 t thyme
4 t garlic, minced
1/2 t oregano
1/2 t sage
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
2 lbs turkey breast, bone in

Recipe Directions for thyme and garlic turkey

  1. preheat oven to 400. Coat 13x9 with no-stick spray. In small bowl combine seasonings.

  2. Remove skin from turkey breast; reserve. Place the turkey in pan and rub with seasonings. Replace skin and secure with toothpicks. Lightly coat skin with no-stick.

  3. Bake for 1 1/2 hours, til no longer pink in middle. Remove skin before serving.
