A throw-together chili of what I had on hand, heavy on the veggies and beans, light on the meat.

Recipe Ingredients for Thursday's Chili

15 oz Beans, Black Turtle Soup, Mature Seeds, Canned
16 oz Beans
2 cup Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup, chopped or strips Peppers, Sweet, Red
3 clove Garlic
1.3 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Patty
0.25 cup Quinoa
1 can (12 oz) yields(211 g) Corn, Sweet, Yellow

Recipe Directions for Thursday's Chili

Cook everything. Season to taste with a tiny bit of lemon juice, a hit of cumin and a tablespoon of chili powder. Add hot sauce to taste
