Stir fried vegetables and chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Thursday Stir Fry

3 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1/2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
15 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus
200 grams Broccoli
1 large Onions
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 pepper Pepper, Serrano
5 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root
2 tsp Garlic

Recipe Directions for Thursday Stir Fry

Heat oil in a wok or frying pan. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken and cook until opaque. Push cooked chicken to the cool side of the pan, then add vegetables, starting with the garlic and ginger, then adding the vegetables that take longest to cook. Once all vegetables have stir fried, but still crisp, add the Hoisin sauce. Mix all together, then add salt and pepper to taste.
