Crock pot Beef Roast when busy days hit.

Recipe Ingredients for Thursday Night Pot Roast

40 oz Beef Chuck Roast
5 Red potatoes
4 large baby carrots
2 cups celery
1 onion
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon onion powder
5 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon pepper
8 oz. crimini mushrooms
1 cup beef stock

Recipe Directions for Thursday Night Pot Roast

chops vegetables into about 2 inch pieces. Cube potatoes into 4ths. Place a layer of vegetables on bottom of crock pot, brown meat in a separate pan, then place on top of vegetables. Add rest of vegetables. Add beef stock into crock pot and then plug in for about 4 hours. Add water if necessary.
