Recipe Ingredients for Throw Together Mexican Casserole

1 pound ground turkey
15 ounce sweet corn, drained
1 cup salsa
1/4 cup sliced black olives
3 1/2 cups cooked egg noodles
15 1/4 ounce kidney beans
1/4 cup taco sauce
1 1/4 ounce taco seasoning
1/2 cup tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Throw Together Mexican Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until evenly brown; drain.

  3. In a 9x13 inch baking dish combine the turkey, corn, salsa, olives, cooked noodles, beans, taco sauce, seasoning mix and tomato sauce.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 1/2 hour, or until cooked through.
