Recipe Ingredients for Three Pepper Salad

1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
1 small onion
1/4 cup chopped italian parsley
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Recipe Directions for Three Pepper Salad

  1. Cut onion and peppers into strips.

  2. Add chopped parsley.

  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  4. Add oil and vinegar 1 hour before serving. Keep chilled.

  5. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.

  6. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
