My favourite "feel good about yourself" meal. Super low in calories. Filling. The carrots become so sweet when you boil them and nice and soft. My favourite part is it only takes five minutes to make!

Recipe Ingredients for Three ingrediant five minute soup

1 cup, chopped Kale
1/2 cup slices Carrots
1 cup Chicken Broth

Recipe Directions for Three ingrediant five minute soup

Boil one cup water, add 1 teaspoon of chicken broth. Add chopped carrots and bite sized chopped up kale. Put a lid on the pot and cook for five minutes. You're good to go!
