Really good bread. Preheat oven at 350.

Recipe Ingredients for Three-Grain Molasses Bread

2 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1 cup Cornmeal, Whole-grain, Yellow
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 1/4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
1/2 cup Dried Cranberries

Recipe Directions for Three-Grain Molasses Bread

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour batter into greased 9 x 5 loaf pan.

  2. Bake bread at 350 degrees until wooden pick comes out clean, about 1 hour. Remove bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
