Recipe Ingredients for Three Fruit Sherbet

2 bananas
3/4 cup orange juice
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 egg
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup skim or evaporated milk

Recipe Directions for Three Fruit Sherbet

  1. Place all ingredients in electric blender and beat until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour fruit mixture into ice cube tray and freeze until firm.

  2. Variation: Instead of bananas, use 4 to 5 medium-sized peeled pears or 1 medium melon.
