Recipe Ingredients for Three Cheese Tortilla Calzones

1/3 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
4 tortillas, (8-10")
2 tbs. Parmesan cheese, grated
4 tbs. part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup pizza sauce

Recipe Directions for Three Cheese Tortilla Calzones

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In small bowl, combine ricotta and Parmesan cheeses; blend well. Spoon 2 tablespoons pizza sauce onto each tortilla; spread evenly to within 1/4 inch of edge. Fill top half of each tortilla with 1/4 of ricotta mixture and 1/4 of mozzarella cheese. Fold tortillas over filling, pressing edges to seal; place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
