Recipe Ingredients for Three Cheese Onion Omelet

2 eggs
1 tbsp butter
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 slice american cheese
1 slice onion
1 pinch of garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Three Cheese Onion Omelet

Saute Onions until translucent and set aside. Beat two eggs and a pinch of grated pamesan and garlic powder until well mixed. Heat butter in a 9" skillet until bubbling. Add eggs. Reduce heat to low after 30 seconds and allow eggs to cook until the edges are dry. Turn the eggs over. Add cheddar and american cheese, then onions, and then parmesan. After 30 second or so, fold the eggs over and remove from heat. Let rest and allow the cheese to melt before eating.
