Recipe Ingredients for three cheese macaroni and cheese

1 pound elbow macaroni
1/4 stick of butter
8 oz chedder cheese
16 oz montery jack cheese
8 oz colby jack cheese
1/4 cup table cream
1/4 cup sour cream
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for three cheese macaroni and cheese

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. cook macaroni according to directions

  3. drain

  4. add butter and cheese

  5. stir gently to combine

  6. add table cream, sour cream and nutmeg

  7. continue until cheeses are melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy

  8. stir constantly to prevent scorching

  9. add salt and pepper to taste

  10. pour mixture into a lightly buttered baking dish and bake for approximately 15 minutes
