An easy, yummy, vegetarian lasagna recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Three Cheese Lasagna

8 oz. lasagna noodles
10 oz. part-skim ricotta cheese
1 large egg
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp italian herb seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
12 oz. Spaghetti sauce, Ready-to-serve

Recipe Directions for Three Cheese Lasagna

  1. Mix together the ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, 2/3 cup of the mozzarella cheese, egg, italian herb seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  2. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray, and spread a thick layer of spaghetti sauce on the bottom.

  3. Create 3 layers of noodles, cheese, and sauce. Add a 4th layer of noodles, and cover completely with sauce.

  4. Cover and bake for 50 minutes at 400 degrees. Uncover and top the lasagna with the remaining 1/3 cup of mozzarella cheese. Return lasagna to the oven for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
