Delish low cal, low sugar scones!

Recipe Ingredients for Three Berry Scones

2 cups Flour
4 tbl Sugar
1 tbl Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbl Butter
1 cup Buttermilk
1 cups Frozen Mixed Berries

Recipe Directions for Three Berry Scones

  1. In large bowl whisk flour, sugar, bk pow and salt.

  2. Cut in butter until mix is fine crumbs.

  3. Stir in buttermilk and then berries.

  4. Shape into two 7" circles.

  5. Cut each circle into 6 wedges.

  6. Place on baking sheet sprayed with Pam.

  7. Bake: 20 min at 400 degrees
