1 tbsp(15 g) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 small Onions
16 oz Ground Turkey
14.5 oz Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
14.5 oz Black Beans
14.5 oz Kidney Beans
14.5 oz Pinto Beans
12 fl oz Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth

Recipe Directions for Three Bean Soup

In a large pot, heat the oil on med. low. Add the onion and saute until soft. Add the turkey and brown (about 5 min.). Add remaining ingredients. Stir and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 min.
