28 oz can diced tomatoes
2 cups Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds,
2 cups Canned can black beans
2 cups Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
2 cups chopped carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
12 oz canned corn
5 cups water

Recipe Directions for three bean soup by Elva

  1. spray large pot with Pam

  2. cook onions carrots and celery until tender

  3. add broth and canned goods and water

  4. season

  5. simmer
