Recipe Ingredients for Three Bean Salad

2 cups green beans
2 cups kidney beans
2 cups chick peas
1 medium onion
1 medium green pepper
1/2 salad oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Recipe Directions for Three Bean Salad

  1. Use 2 c. each of three kinds of cooked, drained beans.

  2. In large bowl, toss beans with,

  3. 1 med. onion, finely chopped

  4. 1 med. pepper, chopped

  5. Combine and pour over:

  6. 1/2 c. salad oil

  7. 1/2 c. vinegar

  8. 1/4 cup. sugar

  9. 1 tsp. salt

  10. 1/4 tsp. black pepper
