Recipe Ingredients for Three Bean Salad

0.75 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 cup Shelled Edamame
15 oz Beans, Kidney, All Types, Mature Seeds, Canned
15 oz Garbanzo Beans
1 tbsp Parsley
5 leaves Basil, Fresh
1 tbsp Vinegar red wine
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for Three Bean Salad

  1. Mix the red wine vinegar with a little bit of salt and pepper and the dijon mustard.

  2. Stir in the extra virgin olive oil.

  3. Mix the scallions, corn, edamame, beans, parsley and basil in a bowl and stir in the sauce.
