Three bean salad with Splenda instead of Sugar.

Recipe Ingredients for Three Bean Salad

15 1/2 oz Light Red Kidney Beans
14 1/2 oz Wax Beans
14 1/2 oz Cut Green Beans
6 1/2 oz Button Mushrooms
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup White Vinegar
1/2 cup Splenda
1/2 medium Onion
1/2 medium Green Bell Pepper

Recipe Directions for Three Bean Salad

  1. Chop green pepper and onion up and place in large bowl.

  2. Add Olive Oil, Vinegar and Splenda to bowl.

  3. Mix thoroughly until Splenda is dissolved.

  4. Add Cans of Beans.

  5. Mix thoroughly.

  6. Place in refrigerator (preferably overnight, but at least 1 hour).

  7. Mix well before serving.
