Recipe Ingredients for Three Bean Chili

1 cup, chopped onion
3 1/2 cups, black beans
3 1/2 cups, kidney beans
3 1/2 cups, chili beans
3 cups, diced tomatoes
1 medium Bell Pepper
1 cup corn
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp red pepper flakes
4 1/2 oz tomato paste

Recipe Directions for Three Bean Chili

  1. Sweat diced bell pepper and diced onion with crushed garlic in pan until they get software while still being crisp to the bite.

  2. Add ALL ingredients in large pot and slow cook for at least 1 hour and much longer for better flavor. Season while cooking with red pepper flakes to desired spice level.
