Recipe Ingredients for Three Bean Chili - low fat/no cholesterol

1 3/4 cups
1 3/4 cups
1 3/4 cups
1 onion, chopped
2 tomatoes,chopped
1 cup
2 tablespoons cilantro
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tsp oregano
2 cloves garlic, chopped

Recipe Directions for Three Bean Chili - low fat/no cholesterol

  1. Add 1/4 cup of chicken broth to large pot/ Dutch oven

  2. Add chopped garlic and onion to pot, boil on low for 5 minutes

  3. Add all the rest of ingredients EXCEPT beans, bring to boil, then lower heat, cover pot & simmer 30 minutes

  4. Add undrained beans to pot, bring to boil, cover, simmer for approx 20 minutes until desired consistency
