Recipe Ingredients for Three bean, buckwheat vegetable soup

1.5 cup Buckwheat Groats, Roasted, Dry
6 serving tru roots sprouted bean trio
3 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, All Varieties
2 cup Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
6 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 cup Molasses, Blackstrap
2 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Three bean, buckwheat vegetable soup

Add olive oil to pan. Cook onion, squash, celery, etc. until soft. Add 10 Cups water and spices to taste. Bring to a boil. Add Buckwheat Groats and Beans. Reduce to a simmer and simmer. Simmer 15 minutes. Freeze extra in freezer containers.
