Recipe Ingredients for Thom's Rotissieri Chicken Salad

4 cups chicken
1/4 cup green onion
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup mayo
8 cups macaroni, whole wheat

Recipe Directions for Thom's Rotissieri Chicken Salad

  1. Debone Chicken (remove skin)

  2. chop green onion

  3. chop celery

  4. use pre-chopped almonds

  5. cook macaroni (or any whole wheat pasta) as directed

  6. stir all ingredients together with the mayo

  7. salt & pepper to taste
