20 oz grilled chicken breast
1/2 large Onion, diced
1/2 cup mushrooms, fresh, sliced
2 cups Chicken broth
1/2 Yellow bell pepper
1/2 Green Bell Pepper
3 tbsp Olive Oil

In a large frying pan stir fry onion and pepper in oil. Dump everything in and cover. simmer until rice is tender
