Recipe Ingredients for Thom's Black Bean Chili.

1 lb 96% lean ground beef
1 Onion
2 bell peppers
4 cloves garlic
6 tbsp sour cream
4 Tomatoes
1 avocado
2 tbsp chili powder
1 jalapeno pepper
1 cup beans, black, Mature seeds
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Thom's Black Bean Chili.

  1. Dice garlic, chop veggies.

  2. Saute veggies while browning meat.

  3. Add meat and beans to mixture, allow to simmer on medium heat until thickened.
