Recipe Ingredients for THOM

2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 pound lean ground beef
14 oz can diced tomatoes
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp onion powder
1 medium vidalia onion

Recipe Directions for THOM

  1. Boil elbow macaroni for 5 minutes

  2. Meanwhile, sprinkle ground beef with garlic salt and onion powder. Brown beef.

  3. Chop onion and add to beef. Brown onion.

  4. Add diced tomatoes.

  5. Meanwhile drain macaroni and add to beef mixture.

  6. Add cheese and mix all ingredients well.

  7. Cook at 250/300 covered in electric fry pan for 10 to 15 minutes.
